    Do you have a set of exercises you recommend for those morning wake up stretches?

      Hi Gaylene, For the lower body, I recommend: For the ankle, the Sprinter's stretch; for lower back & hamstring, the figure 4 glute stretch with supine twist; for hip mobility, the Bali squat & gecko stretch; for hamstring and lower back, the squat into forward fold (take it very gently if your hamstrings are very tight). For upper body, foam roller release through the thoracic with arms in different positions (over head, above body, arms crossed etc.); thread the needle; then for your core, up dog-down dog. I've handouts at work.
